Alicia Bethel, Member Services

Alicia grew up on her family’s farm in Gallatin County, Kentucky where she learned first-hand about raising beef cattle and registered Quarter Horses. After graduating from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and a minor in Business Administration, she spent three years working with Southern States Cooperative. In 2009 Alicia joined The Beef Connection where she is a critical link between the members, feed yards and transportation providers. She also helps coordinate special events and works with AginfoLink for Age & Source Verification. Alicia tells us, “I get the greatest satisfaction from helping members get the best return on their cattle investment. I think it’s great to be part of an organization that helps producers improve their herds so they can be competitive today and well into the future.”
